2. Customized new packaging of dental floss

A famous brand customer from Australia requests new packaging styles and materials of dental floss.
25m biodegradable dental floss packed in ECO friendly white paper box.
Box quality must be high!
Our regularly packaging of dental floss is plastic box, but we are doing white paper box for biodegradable dental floss picks. So, it is should be an easy project.
The box color is very strictly!
But after we did 6 times sampling, we match the color customer requested!
Very difficulty, but very happy when we did it.
3. Molding the dental floss picks specialize for brace
Aug 2020 – Sep 2020
Customer from US, OEM the special dental floss picks for the brace, with the brush tootpicks ended.
The U-slot requests different with the regularly. It must be narrow enough, and the materials must be very strong, not easy breaking when cleaning teeth.
And the brush toothpick ended not too large, comfortable and strong.
After adjusting 3 times, we did it!
We love this project very much!
4. OEM&ODM animal shape kids dental floss picks

Customer from Switzerland, designed 4 different shapes of dental floss picks for kids. As well as with special materials.
The requests are:
Must be with high quality!
400D UHMWPE thread;
Strawberry flavor;
4 different colors packed in 1 bag.
From molding to finished with the sample order, it takes 2 months!
The picks very strong, it is not breaking until use knife to break it!
Our customer very very happy~
Have a sense of accomplishment!
5. Molding the wire free TPE rubber interdental picks for Australia customer

Customer from Australia, OEM a great rubber interdental picks with their own brand impressed pick’s handle.
The handle is with special shaped and rubber tipped on PP material. The brush part is very fine design, tapered from 0.6mm to 1.5mm.
It is the first time we made such fine & high requests products, and we are succesfully in one time!
With customized packaging, it is hot selling in Australia market!
6. molding 3 threads dental floss picks for UK customer
May 2019 – May 2019
Our UK customers designed a very perfect dental floss pick for UK market-
very thick (strong) floss picks with 3 threads, and the bendable toothpick ended (similar with Plackers’s design).
It looks very difficulty, but actually it easily to be molded. It took only 20 days!
Successfully molded with only 1 time!
7. Developing new & different sizes of rubber interdental picks

7 years ago, our the regularly size of rubber interdental picks is medium-tapered 0.8-1.4mm.
We’d like to make some different sizes for different markets.
Designed:
tapered
Fine 0.7-1.2mm;
1.0-1.4mm;
1.2-1.5mm.
As well as different packaging, such as the 2 cups blister pack, 4 cups blister pack, paper box, envelop…
All of the new sizes done with high quality,
Tipped strong on PP, not easy peel off;
Flexible & soft TPE part;
Bendable, 90 degree no bearking;
Smooth TPE injecting, no extra TPE materials attached on brush head.

Sooooo happy with this project!
8. NEW material of dental floss picks- biodegradable PLA

In year 2018, in this industry, there’s a new materials of dental floss picks-biodegradable PLA which is made from (corn starch & wheat straw), all of our teams are interested in.
We was sourcing the PLA material supplier, after we did a lot of work, we purchsed from a reliable but a little expensive supplier (the material of theirs are REAL PLA with high quality, FDA standard, worthy&safety).
Our PLA floss picks, quality is TOP5 in Chinese. And with good reputation!
7 years past, we are improving the production ability unceasing during these 7 years (now, we produce floss picks by the automatic machines, 3 times ability than the semi-auto machines).
And developing new packaging methods… To help our customers earn more money.
9. molding new type of rubber interdental picks
Mar 2017 – Apr 2017
In year 2017, one of our Europe customer designed a new type of rubber interdental picks which with their brand name on the handle. They sent the design to us, then we molding it from the molding factory.
It took around 25 days, the new set of mold was done. After 10 days’ testing and adjusting, we done the molding with perfect quality!
For now, we are working together with our this customer for 8+ years. They placed 20GP’x6 or more annually.
